CLASSES

Humaqi classes offer a structured way
to live the practice gradually and coherently.

They follow the four levels of Humaqi,
each one corresponding to a different body of experience.

Classes are not about acquiring knowledge.
They are about creating the conditions
where awareness can reorganise itself naturally.

The Nature of the Classes

Each class is experiential.

Time is given to presence, dialogue,
simple embodied practices, and integration.

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.

Participants are invited to listen
rather than perform,
to feel rather than analyse.

Classes are designed to be accessible,
grounded, and human.

The Four Levels in Practice

Level I - The Mental Body
Classes focus on attention, perception, and clarity.
Participants learn how to steady the mind
and restore choice in thought and response.

Level II - The Emotional Body
Classes explore emotion as intelligence.
Emphasis is placed on awareness, flow,
and restoring balance without suppression.

Level III - The Physical Body
Classes bring presence into sensation, breath, and movement.
The body becomes a partner in coherence
rather than something to manage.

Level IV - The Spiritual Body
Classes integrate all four bodies.
Practice becomes less about technique
and more about living with awareness.

Group Environment

Classes are held in small, attentive groups
to allow depth without pressure.

The group itself becomes part of the practice,
offering reflection, resonance, and shared presence.

No prior experience is required.
Each participant enters from where they are.

Rhythm and Continuity

Classes may be offered as:

• Short series
• Ongoing cycles
• Periodic intensives

The rhythm is designed to support integration
rather than accumulation.

Progress is measured in coherence,
not completion.

Humaqi classes are not designed
to take you somewhere else.

They help you inhabit
where you already are
with greater clarity and ease.
Learning happens quietly
when presence is given time.
