Practice
Practice in Humaqi is not repetition.
It is relationship.

A relationship between awareness and the body,
between presence and daily life.
What is practised formally
is meant to dissolve naturally into how one lives.

Humaqi is shared through different forms of practice,
each one responding to the same field from a different angle.

Classes
Classes follow the four levels of Humaqi
and offer a structured yet spacious environment
to explore the work progressively.

Each class combines awareness, dialogue,
simple embodied practices, and reflection.
The emphasis is not on performance or achievement,
but on integration.

Classes are experiential.
They are lived rather than explained.

They support clarity, emotional balance, embodiment,
and a stable sense of presence over time.
Workshops
Workshops explore specific themes
drawn directly from the Humaqi books and practices.

These may include areas such as:

• Breath and coherence
• Emotional balance
• Passion and life direction
• Intuition and perception
• Touch and embodied awareness

Workshops stand on their own,
yet remain connected to the wider Humaqi path.

They offer focused immersion
without requiring long-term commitment.

One-to-One Sessions
Individual sessions allow the practice
to meet the person directly.

These sessions are not scripted.
They respond to what is present.

Breath, awareness, dialogue, and subtle energy work
are used as needed, always guided by listening rather than method.

One-to-one work supports deeper alignment,
personal integration, and clarity
at a pace that feels natural.
Practice is not separate from life.
It is how life remembers itself.
