for the practice to meet the individual directly.


These sessions are not standardised.
They respond to what is present.


Each meeting is shaped by listening,
not by protocol.

A session unfolds as a conversation
between awareness and the body.


Breath, dialogue, stillness, and subtle energy work
are used as needed,
always guided by sensitivity rather than method.


There is no script to follow.
The work moves at the pace
that feels appropriate for the person.
