WORKSHOPS

Humaqi workshops offer focused spaces
to explore specific aspects of the practice
in a concentrated and embodied way.

They are moments of immersion,
not departures from the path.

Each workshop arises from the same field as the classes,
but enters through a single doorway.

The Nature of the Workshops

Workshops are experiential and contained in time,
allowing participants to engage deeply
without long-term commitment.

They are designed for those who wish to:

• explore a specific theme
• reconnect with presence
• refine awareness in a particular area
• return to coherence through direct experience

Workshops are not intensive in effort.
They are intensive in attention.

Themes of Exploration

Workshop themes are drawn directly
from the Humaqi books and practices.

They may include, but are not limited to:

• Breath and coherence
• Emotional balance and flow
• Passion and life direction
• Intuition and inner perception
• Presence through touch and sensation
• Integration of the four bodies

Each theme is approached as a living inquiry,
not a topic to master.

How Workshops Are Held
Workshops combine:

• guided awareness
• embodied practices
• moments of stillness
• reflection and integration

The emphasis remains on listening,
not on technique.

Participants are encouraged
to move at their own pace
and trust their own rhythm.

Who Workshops Are For

Workshops are open to anyone
drawn to the Humaqi field.

They may serve as:

• an entry point into the practice
• a deepening of existing experience
• a moment of recalibration

No preparation is required.
Presence is enough.

Humaqi workshops do not aim to change who you are.
They offer space for what is already present
to reorganise itself.

Sometimes a single doorway
is enough.
